Return Policy

For online purchases within the EU/EEA you can exercise your legal right to withdraw within 14 days after the moment of delivery and return your purchase. To initiate a return, you need to notify us by sending us filled out return form by email. You can find this form bellow. Please send the notification to info@eyecatchersluxe.com.

It is important to note, that to be (fully) refunded, you need to return the item(s) to Eyecatchers Luxe in the same condition, including, all product accessories, packaging, paperwork and with all labels attached, if applicable, as delivered to you. We reserve to the right do decline the return if these conditions are not met.

We use tamper-proof security labels (360ID Tags) for certain products, which the buyer can safely remove with scissors, but are impossible to reattach thereafter. These labels are specifically designed for our products to give the buyer the opportunity to inspect and try on your product. If this label is removed by the buyer, the item has formally been altered and/or accepted into regular use, therefore is legally excluded from return.

For safe return shipping please use the shipping box and fill materials used for delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover return shipping costs and risks, the buyer is liable if the product goes missing or gets damaged during transit back to us. Please use "a signed for on delivery" and fully insured carrier option for your safety. Your return must be shipped back to us within 14 days after the return notification is issued to be eligible for a refund.

As soon as we have received your return shipment, after inspection and confirmation that all is in good order, we will issue the refund within 14 days.

We will credit the refundable amount exclusively to payment method used by the buyer for the original transaction. Eyecatchers Luxe is not responsible for any currency fluctuations between the paid amount in Euro (€) and any possible alternative currency used by the buyer.

All refunds are exclusively made in Euro (€).

Orders made from outside the EU/EEA are final and are not eligible for return.
