Orders
Standard shipping takes ca. 1-2 business days within the Netherlands and 2-5 within the EU.
International shipping “worldwide” takes approximately 2-7 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
We usually ship out your order within 2 business days, after receiving payment for your order.

Returns
European Union or European Economic Area and United Kingdom consumers are entitled to a 14 days withdrawal period for online purchases. The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed by the buyer, and in its original condition with product tags or 360ID tags attached, and all accessories included, to be accepted for refund.

360ID Tags are used to secure and identify our products to ensure their quality.
Do not remove these tags until you are sure you do not wish to return the product. Removing or breaking the seal means you have accepted the item into daily use. After which returns are no longer accepted.
These tamper-proof tags have been specifically designed for fashion products to give the consumer the full opportunity to inspect their purchase after delivery in accordance with consumer law. Securing products this way makes sure you get the authenticated item you ordered and prevents in-transit switch outs, "wardrobing" or other forms of return fraud.
- Download our return form, fill it out and send it to info@eyecatchersluxe.com within 14 days after delivery.
- Pack the item and all accessories securely in the original shipping box, purchase and apply shipping label.
- Hand the package to your carrier of choice.
- Once we receive your return, we process your refund within 14 business days.

Tax
Yes. However, this is under Dutch special tax regulations concerning the trade of second-hand goods. Your invoice will state no VAT. If you are located outside the EU/EEA you might have to pay local VAT, when importing to your destination country.
If you order from outside the EU/EEA, you are fully responsible to pay any taxes and/or fees. Please check with your local customs office beforehand.
Authenticity
Yes! We carefully inspect each item in multiple steps, before we list it on our website, to make sure that it is genuine.
You can rest assured it has been properly authenticated. To verify the products authenticity we carefully examining the physical characteristics of the item. These include the materials, stitching, hardware, logos, labels, serial numbers, checking reference materials and if necessary, consulting with our network of external experts.
As an Entrupy Verified Business, most our high-end handbags and small leather goods, have in addition been Entrupy certified. That means they have also been authenticated by Entrupy’s Artificial Intelligence. Entrupy Inc. is backed by Louis Vuitton Moët Hennesy’s (LVMH) technological incubator program, LA MAISON des Startups LVMH.

Special Services & Consignment
Eyecatchers Luxe is primarily a online luxury boutique, however, we understand the desire for a more personal shopping experience or just to see your future treasure before purchase. That’s why we have Personal Service Appointments.
These appointments are either at our corporate office or secure public location in our metropolitan area. Our office is located within the city’s most secure International Zone and embassy quarter of The Hague, providing a very safe place for our clients.
These viewings are for handbags and accessories, clothing as category is currently excluded, with a minimum value of EUR 600,-. We will ask you to specify the products of interest and can reserve them for a couple of days. New customers are requested to send us copy of a valid ID. Sales made during personal service appointments are considered final. We facilitate these appointments solely at our discretion.

Currently, we are not taking consignment or buy from the general public. However, if you have a special collection or very collectable items to offer, please contact us.
We can ship worldwide (certain exceptions apply). Clients from
non-EU/EEA countries are asked to pay via direct bank transfer (ING/WISE). All sales to customers outside the EU/EEA & UK are final.
